About Me

Born and raised in Reading, I fell in love with fitness during COVID. With 7 years of experience across fitness coaching, football coaching, and online coaching, my approach goes beyond just workouts. I strongly believe that psychological health is the foundation of long-term fitness success. By combining proven training methods with mindset, confidence, and habit-building strategies, I help clients achieve sustainable results, not quick fixes. My goal is to support people in building both a stronger body and a healthier relationship with fitness and overall health.

FAQ

What’s your coaching philosophy?

I strongly believe that psychological health is the foundation of long-term fitness success. By combining proven training methods with mindset, confidence, and habit-building strategies, I help clients achieve sustainable results, not quick fixes. Limit restrictions and aim for achievable consistency.

Who do you work best with?

I have worked with over 100 Clients of various backgrounds – Some elite level athletes, Business CEO’s and your everyday gym-goer. If you struggle breaking down the barriers that may prevent you reaching your goals then I would love to help you change that.

What makes you different from other online coaches?

I don’t just coach workouts, I coach people. Training isn’t only physical; it’s deeply psychological. Your habits, self-talk, stress levels, confidence, and past experiences all affect your results.

I genuinely care about my clients as individuals, not check-ins on a spreadsheet. I take the time to understand why you struggle, what motivates you, and what’s realistically sustainable for your life.

What’s your approach to nutrition?

Short answer, Realistic. By this I mean I’ve seen so many people try and completely restrict food groups, Cut out the foods they enjoy entirely. What happens usually is this causes people to stop entirely.

Whilst i encourage a healthy balanced diet as most coaches do, I also emphasise the importance of not villainising food and indulging in moderation.

Have you ever struggled with fitness yourself?

Of course! It’s how I’ve learned and adapted my own approach towards fitness. I’ve had a few major health incidents that have directly affected my ability to train. I know from first hand experience how many obstacles can occur on your fitness journey out of your control, I’m here to support and guide you through them.

How do you measure success with clients?

Beside the numbers and data, I stress this importance on your mood, day to day energy levels and how happy you are with yourself.

What motivates you to coach?

The very same thing that has motivated me ever since I began coaching, Results and happy clients. There is no better feeling than seeing my work directly result in more happiness and better health for my clients.
